Broken or Damages Goods on Delivery
If your goods are damaged on delivery, you MUST sign for them “Damaged” so that we can claim from the carrier and issue you with a replacement. Any claims for shortages must be made within 7 days.
Please contact our Hygiene Deliveries office via our contact us form or by email to email@example.com or via telephone number +44 (0) 8442889756 and make us aware of any damages or shortages as soon as possible (no later than 7 days from delivery).
Unsatisfied with the product
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in good saleable condition.
